Principle of Operation:
The material to be milled is placed between the feed and center rolls. Each adjacent roll rotates at progressively higher speeds. It uses shear force created by three horizontally positioned rolls rotating in opposite direction and different speeds relative to each other, in order to grind, disperse and homogenize. The milled material is removed from the apron roll by a knife that runs against the roll.
