To achieve the performance it necessary not only to meet the catalogue but also to<\/span>take real care of the design of the hydraulic as a whole ,in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1.the design of the hydraulic circle ,especially the suction line , dimension and position of the<\/span>valves ,the filters the reservoirs and the heat exchanger.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2.ensure correct and frequent cleaning and maintenance of the circle and of the hydraulic fluid .<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

3.equip the circuit with suitable alarm and safety devices.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.avoid possible starting under load at lower temperature .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.recommended fluid speed in the delivery line—6.5~20ft\/s(2~6m\/s).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

5.recommended fluid speed in the return line—5~10ft\/s(1.5~3m\/s).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.reservoir should have a capacity about twice as much as the volume Of delivered by<\/span>the pump in one minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

7.the return and inlet pipe must be saparated as far as possible and under the minmum<\/span>level of the oil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.install pump in a well cleaned environment,and make sure ,prior starting the system<\/span>that all pipea and reservoir are perfectly clean it is recommended to filter the<\/span>new oil at 8-10um,<\/span><\/p>\n

before filling the reservoir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9.fill the pump with fluid befor installing and check the direction of rotation .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10.for the first run of the pump it is advisable to disconnection the pump diacharg in<\/span><\/p>\n

order to purge the air from the system.<\/span><\/p>\n
