CL Gear Coupling(JB/ZQ4218-86)
CL type gear coupling is suitable for connecting 2 horizontal axes transmission shafting. It has the capability of compensating relative deviation of 2 axes and belongs to movable rigid coupling.Two outer shells with inner teeth and 2 sleeves with outer teeth are composed. The sleeves and shafts are connected by keys. The 2 outer shells are connected by bolts. A sealing ring is arranged between the shell and sleeve.

1. The coupling mass and rotary inertia are approximation calculated by the minimum diameter and the maximum length of bore.
2. Bore diameter dz <140mm.
3. J1-type bore does not need shaft end baffle as required.

1. Tooth coupling has small radial dimension and large load-carrying capacity. It is often used for shafting transmission under low speed and heavy load conditions. Tooth coupling with high accuracy and dynamic balance can be used for high speed transmission.
